Reactievermogen

Stofwisseling = metabolisme
Anatomie = de bouw van het lichaam (het woord betekent opensnijden):

Fysiologie = de werking van het lichaam
Cytologie = celleer
Histologie = weefselleer

Homeostase = het streven naar een stabiel milieu
Er bestaan verschillende organisatieniveaus
1. Chemisch of moleculair niveau: bv. Atomen
2. Celniveau: bv. Celembraam, cytosol en organellen
3. Weefselniveau: = zijn samenwerkende cellen van hetzelfde typen
4. Orgaanniveau: = verschillende typen cellen die samenwerken aan een specifieke functie
5. Orgaanstelselniveau: = samenwerkende organen
6. Organismeniveau: = totale mens

Homeostase is het streven naar intern gewicht
Cellen, weefsels en organen werken samen in gezamenlijke omgeving. Cellen nemen
zuurstof en voedingsstoffen op uit lichaamsvloeistoffen. Homeostase = het bestaan van een
stabiel intern milieu.
Homeostatische regulering omvat:
Receptor: gevoelig voor bepaalde verandering (prikkel, stimulans)
Besturingscentrum/integratiecentrum: ontvangt en verwerkt informatie van de
receptor
Effector (cel of orgaan): reageert op besturingscentrum
Positieve terugkoppeling een prikkel brengt een reactie op gang, het proces versterkt
zichzelf (zoals bloedstolling)
Negatieve terugkoppeling een proces dat zichzelf juists afremt (bv. Temperatuurregeling)
De Mens van Vitruvius is een stelsel van lichaamshoudingen zoals Vitruvius die beschreef in
zijn De architectura. Een Vitruviusman is een afbeelding van een mens als demonstratie van
de voorschriften van Vitruvius. De bekendste Vitruviusman is een tekening van Leonardo da
Vinci van omstreeks 1490. De Vitruviusman wordt gezien als een symbool van het
humanisme, met de mens als het middelpunt van het heelal.
Anatomische positie: rechtop staand waarbij de handpalmen naar voren wijzen en de
duimen naar buiten gericht zijn. Vanuit deze positie wordt er naar bewegingen gekeken.
