het toerisme
- (eigen) onderzoek naar beleid van hotels evalueren met de plan-do-check-
act’ cyclus (PDCA)

Holisme
Holisme = het geheel is meer dan de som van de afzonderlijke delen
 Bijv. een klas heeft niet alleen 30 leerlingen, maar deze leerlingen hebben
ook humor, leergierigheid etc.

Trade off: groen – rood
 Kijkt niet alleen naar omzet/winst maar ook naar de gevolgen voor het
milieu etc.
Een beslissing wordt gebaseerd op de uitruil van positieve (groene) te
verwachten resultaten tegenover negatieve resultaten (rood)
