Ik ben Maxime Geers en studeer aan de Hogeschool Leiden in Leiden, hier volg ik de
opleiding HBO-Verpleegkunde. In dit verslag wordt een betoog opgesteld over het niet-
invasief prenataal onderzoek en shared decision making.
De aanleiding om dit product te schrijven, is de casus van Pieter en Mariëlle. Mariëlle is in
verwachting en samen met Pieter staat zij voor de keuze of zij het niet-invasief prenataal
onderzoek wel of niet uit willen voeren. Ik wil de expert Annemarie van Wijck, verloskundige
in verloskundigenpraktijk Merenwijk bedanken dat zij de tijd heeft genomen om mijn vragen
en die van mijn medestudenten over het niet-invasief prenataal onderzoek te beantwoorden.
Ook wil ik mijn docent José Helsloot bedanken voor de begeleiding bij dit project.
