However, after reading the tutorial letter 101, I realised that this module will enhance my knowledge and understanding of business English in organisational environment, and equip me with better writting skills. What I found exciting about this module is that my creativity has improved enormously. The assignments have helped me to think creatively and learn more. In addition to that, the use of livestreaming, videos and PowerPoint presentations has helped me to understand the module better. Regarding the communication kills that I have learned during this module, I notice that I have made a great improvement in my life. The greatest challenge for me was time management I had to work and study at the same time. I had deadlines to meet yet time was so limited. The late marking of assignments has impacted me negatively because I am not able to see where I need to improve.
