Anatomie van het hart
Bloedcirculatie
- Vertrek-eindpunt van bloedsomloop (het hart pompt +/- 8000 liter bloed rond per dag)
• Kleine bloedsomloop = Pulmonaire circulatie --> vervoert bloed van en naar gasuitwisselingsoppervlakte in de longen
• Grote bloedsomloop = Systeem Circulatie --> vervoert bloed van en naar de rest van het lichaam
➔ Elke bloedsomloop begint en eindigt bij het hart, bloed dat vanuit de grote bloedsomloop naar het hart terugkeert moet eerst de kleine bloedsomloop
doorlopen voordat het weer in de grote bloedsomloop terugkeert
- Bloedcirculatie onderdelen
• Arteriën (Slagaders)
▪ Efferente bloedvaten = voeren O2 rijk bloed weg van het hart
• Venen (Aders)
▪ Afferente bloedvaten = voeren O2 arm bloed naar het hart
• Capillairen (haarvaten)
▪ Plaats van uitwisseling van gassen, voedingsstoffen en
afvalstoffen
- Hart bevat 4 delen --> twee voor elke circulatie
1. Rechteratrium (boezem) = ontvangt bloed uit het lichaam
2. Rechterventrikel (kamer) = perst bloed naar longen (kleine circulatie)
3. Linkeratrium(boezem) = ontvangt bloed uit de longen
4. Linkerventrikel (kamer) = perst bloed naar lichaam (grote circulatie)
- Functie = constante aanvoer van O2 en voedingsstoffen nodig voor cellen
• Permanente uitwisseling tussen circulerend bloed en perifere weefsels
• Bij circulatiestilstand
▪ Stop toevoer O2 en voedingstoffen
▪ Stop wegvoeren afvalstoffen
▪ Stop functioneren lichaam Pulmonaire C = O2 arm Systeem C = Begint bij het Li

Liggen van het hart
1. Vena Cava superior = bovenste holle ader, ontvangt veneus bloed uit
hoofd, hals en armen, schouders en thorax
2. Linkerlong top = linkerlong heeft maar 2 kwabben door schuine ligging van
het hart
3. Aortaboog = verbindt de aorta ascendens en de aorta descendens met
elkaar
4. Pariëtale pleura = pleura die de borstwand bedekt (buitenste laag),
viscerale pleura (binnenzijde) hiertussen bevindt zich de pleuraholte
5. Truncus pulmonalis/a. Pulmonalis = slagaderstam die zich splits in linker en
rechter a. Pulmonalis --> enige arterie die zuurstofarm bloed vervoerd
6. Pariëtale pericardium = buitenste oppervlak van het pericardium
(hartzakje), tussen het partiële pericardium en het viscerale pericardium
(binnenwand tegen buitenste oppervlak van het hart of epicardium) vinden
we de pericardiale holte. De pericardiale holte bevat een kleine
hoeveelheid vocht om zo de wrijving te verminderen tussen de oppervlakte
bij contracties van het hart
7. Apex van het hart = het onderste puntje van het hart
8. Diafragma = platte koepelvormige spier die de scheiding vormt tussen
Lagen van de hartwand borst en buikholte
1. Endocardium = of hartvlies is de binnenbekleding die direct contact maakt met
het bloed in atria/ventrikels
2. Myocardium = hartspier, vormt de middelste laag van de hartwand en zorgt dat
het hart bloed door het lichaam pompt
3. Pericardiale holte = ruimte tussen de twee lagen die gevuld is met een kleine
hoeveelheid vloeistof
4. Viscerale pericardium/Epicard= binnenste, dunne laag van het pericardium die
direct om het hart heen zit en ermee vergroeid is
5. Pariëtale pericardium/Pericard = buitenste laag van het pericardium, die
ondoordringbaar en zeer stevig is. De binnenkant van het partiële pericard
scheidt in de pericardiale holte een vloeistof af die ervoor zorgt dat de twee
lagen gemakkelijk over elkaar kunnen glijden tijdens het pompen van het hart
6. Fibreuze pericardium = taaie buitenste laag van bindweefsel
