- 3 standaardafleidingen (Bipolaire afleidingen)
• meten de spanning tussen 2 polen, 1 van deze polen is + de Re Li
andere –
• als het elektrische signaal naar een positieve pool toeloopt is de
uitslag op de ECG positief, loopt het signaal ervan af dan is het
negatief
▪ In afleiding I is de linkerschouder positief en de
rechterschouder negatief
▪ Afleiding II staat hier met een hoek van 60 graden op,
met rechtsboven negatief en linksboven positief.
▪ Afleiding III staat hier weer met een hoek van 60 graden
op, met linksboven negatief en rechtsonder positief. I = rechterarm naar linkerarm
- 3 extrimiteitsafleidingen (Unipolaire afleidingen) II = rechterarm naar linkerbeen
• Vanuit de 3 bipolaire afleidingen worden de drie unipolaire of III = van linkerarm naar linkerbeen
extrimiteitsafleidingen afgeleid
• aVR, aVL en aVF geven de potentiaalverschillen weer tussen de
afleidingen I, II, III
▪ R staat voor rechterarm en geeft het potentiaal weer
afleiding I en II
▪ L staat voor linkerarm en geeft het potentiaal weer
tussen I en III
▪ F staat voor foot en geeft het potentiaal weer tussen II en
III
= Avr, aVL en aVF zijn positief t.o.v de gemiddelde van
alle andere elektroden
- 6 precordiale afleidingen
aVL = linkerarm t.o.v de indifferente
• Zoals de extrimiteitsafleidingen een elektrisch beeld vormen in elektrode
het verticale vlak, doen de borstwandafleidingen dit in het aVR = rechterarm t.o.v de indifferente
elektrode
horizontale vlak (transversale vlak)
aVF = linkerbeen t.o.v de indifferente
• Zij meten de potentiaal van de precordiale elektrodes t.o.v het elektrode
gemiddelde
van de extremiteitselektrodes, de op de borstwand geplaatste
elektrodes zijn daardoor positief
• Beide tweedimensionale vlakken geven samen een
driedimensionaal beeld van het beloop van de elektrische
activiteit door het hart.
