,Hoofdstuk 1: actiepotentiaal
Fysiologie:
Elektrocardiografie het uitwendig registreren van de elektrische activiteit van het hart in tijd.
Functie rechterzijde van het hart deze ontvangt via de vena cava inferior en vena cava superior
het veneuze bloed pompt dit via de arteria pulmonalis de longen in. Zuurstof wordt opgenomen
en koolzuurgas afgegeven.
Functie linkerzijde van het hart vanuit de longen komt het bloed via de venae pulmonalis in de
linkerharthelft. Deze pompt zuurstofrijk bloed het lichaam in en voorziet organen van zuurstof en
voedingsstoffen.
Opbouw harthelften:
Atrium boezem
Ventrikel kamer
Beide helften worden hebben twee hartkleppen die ervoor zorgen dat het bloed maar één kant op
stroomt.
- Rechterharthelft tricuspidalisklep
- Linkerharthelft mitralisklep
Atria, verzamelen het bloed en trekken samen contraheren, helpen het bloed de ventrikels in.
Ventrikels, vormen de belangrijkste voortstuwende kracht om het bloed rond te pompen. Waarbij de
linkerventrikel het sterkst is. Het linkerventrikel heeft daarom ook een dikke spierwand.
Systole het samentrekken van ventrikels, bloed wordt weggepompt.
Diastole ontspanning van de ventrikels, hierin worden ze weer gevuld met bloed.
, Een volledige hartcyclus bestaat uit een systolische en diastolische fase.
Om de pompkracht optimaal te benutten is synchronisatie van de contractie van belang het
gelijktijdig samentrekken van linker- en rechterharthelft en verschillende gebeurtenissen binnen de
hartcyclus zoals atriale contractie en het sluiten van kleppen.
Mechanische pompfunctie:
Wordt opgebracht door het hartspierweefsel dat bestaat uit talloze hartspiercellen of vezels.
Spiervezel samensmelting van meerdere cellen, een meerkernige structuur die erg snel kan
reageren op impulsen. Bevatten eiwitten die gespecialiseerd zijn in contractie namelijk:
- Actine
- Myosine
De eiwitten zijn gerangschikt dat ze in elkaar kunnen schuiven, hierdoor worden spiervezels korter.
Om deze actie plaats te laten vinden is er calcium nodig. In rust is de concentratie calcium in de cel
