PERFETTI CONCEPT (COGNITIVE THERAPEUTIC EXERCISES)1. BACKGROUND
Perfettie = cognitieve therapeutische exercise = neurocognitieve rehabilitation = Het aanleren van differentiatie van
bewegingen ipv in patronen te werken zoals bij PNF technieken. Het doel van de beweging staat centraal in het
revalidatieprogramma met emphasis op de patient’s aandacht.
Belangrijk zijn functionele bewegingen van een goede kwaliteit.
Perfetti stimuleert: bewegingen , cognitieve processen, perceptie (van beweging), aandacht en probleemoplossend
denken -> verwerking en integratie van externe EN interne stimuli.

TACTILE – KINESTHETIC PERCEPTION

Kinetische afferenten (bewegingszin) + visuele en tactiele afferenten (info van het object) = bepalen kwaliteit
van bewegingen en faciliteren de beweging
VISUAL PERCEPTION & PERCEPTIVE HYPOTHESIS
Visuele info wordt geconverteerd naar tactiele en proprioceptieve informatie.
Astereognosie = het niet kunnen herkennen van een voorwerp obv perceptie.
Programming rule -> hersenen outnhouden een heel algemen representatie van dingen/ voorwerpen/ bewegingen
Mental image opstellen obv afferente info (tactiel/ beweging) en belangrijkste karakteristieken opgeslagen
in werkgeheugen
Perceptive hypothesis
1. In a first movement: Selecting kinesthetic or tactile information & decoding the essential characteristics of
it, creating a mental image of what is being felt and « saving it » in the working memory.
2. Same process happens in the second movement.
3. Recalling the mental image, comparing it and forming a decision. ➔ Transformation of visual analysis to
perceptive hypothesis
