1. Verwarming
We hebben ondertussen zo goed als alles bekeken over verwarming, nu beginnen we met de ‘inleiding’
haha. We hebben verschillende epb regelingen in Vlaanderen, Brussel en Wallonië. In Brussel vrij om
Nederlands of Franstalige bouwaanvraag te doen, maar houd er rekening mee dat de Nederlandstalige
epbcontroleurs bijna allemaal franstalig. HE = hernieuwbare energie, S-peil= schilpeil (U-waarde)
In Vlaanderen= E30 en BEN gebouw en minstens 10 kWh/m2
Software om epb te regelen is ingesteld op
woningen en niet-residentieel.
Tabel die elk jaar ter beschikking komt waarin de
‘spelregels’ staan voor bouwen met EPB. Altijd
eerst nagaan bij stedenbouw, of er toch geen
verscholen regeltjes zijn.
1.1. U-waarden
Ook zijn er tabellen over de U-waarde, de
geelgekleurde moet je goed kennen.
Voor ramen:
Uw= window
Uf= frame
Ug= glas of ZTA waarde
De waardes die in rood worden gezet, zijn strenger
geworden in het nieuwe jaar.
Thermografisch onderzoek:
Warmtecamera, waarbij je koude bruggen kan
opsporen.
1.2. Warmteverliezen
Die vuistregels geven
Warmteverliezen: formules nog kennen!! gewoon een schatting, is
geen precieze berekening.
