●Boundaries What defines the boundaries? Roads, water, railroads. Is the

community located in?

My area is defined by roads, it does have a railroad track that goes through the
center of my 10 block radius. The area is the town of Sachse, TX located
about 25 minutes north of Dallas.

They are predominantly brick homes with a few made from siding. Most are
single story ramblers. They are single family homes with a few duplexes.
There are no apartment complexes with in my 10 block radius. They are in
moderate condition. The homes are older but still maintained. There is one
area that seems to be a higher concentration of poorly kept homes with a

Meeting out there and what hours of the day?
Places
I did not see a designated hang out spot however my area does include the
picnic grounds for “Backyard off 5th” which is a community gathering every
Friday night starting in the spring. The majority of the people I saw out
during my drive through were visiting the cemetery or getting something to
eat at Sonic. I was driving around mid morning, it was mostly day laborers at
Sonic stopping for an early lunch and it was elderly people at the cemetery
visiting graves.

This particular area of this community does look run down. There is no new
