a. Notwehrlage
i. Angriff
jede Bedrohung rechtlich geschützter Interessen durch menschliches
Verhalten
ii. Gegenwärtig
Der Angriff ist gegenwärtig, wenn die Rechtsgutsverletzung unmittelbar
bevorsteht, gerade stattfindet oder noch fortdauert.
