and quantitative relationships of physical and social phenomena, as well as observations,
expressions, and investigations between the mathematical objects themselves. It helps
develop logical and critical thinking, accuracy, and mental processes that facilitate problem-
solving that contribute to decision-making. Observation-The ability to look at a problem,
understand the requirements needed to find a solution, confidently try to solve a particular
problem encountered, and apply one taught or taught method. Investigation-The ability to
investigate the nature of a problem and find a plausible solution or problem-solving strategy
that fits the problem at hand.
