Wat is biomechanica?
● Het beschrijven van bewegingen en het kijken naar de oorzaken van die bewegingen
van het menselijk lichaam.
● Je hebt biomechanica nodig om goede leerhulp te kunnen geven→ biomechanische
principes zijn de basisregels die alle bewegingen opvolgen
Waarom biomechanica?
● Noodzakelijk om tot een bewegingsanalyse te komen. Een bewegingsanalyse is
weer noodzakelijk om goede leerhulp te geven.
● Belangrijk om te weten waarom bepaalde bewegingen zo gaan, daarbij heb je
biomechanica nodig.
● Biomechanica helpt bij keuzes maken voor je arrangement.
● Biomechanica helpt bij het voorkomen van blessures→denk aan beveiliging matjes.
Grootheden en eenheden
● Grootheden= eigenschappen van een beweging als snelheid, kracht en afstand.
● Eenheid= de maat waarin je de grootheid uitdrukt zoals meters en seconden
● Formules= samenhang van natuurkundige eigenschappen
● Sommige grootheden hebben meerdere eenheden→ landelijk afgesproken welke
eenheid je moet aanhouden
Translatie en rotatie
● Translatie= verplaatsing ten opzichte van de omgeving waarbij het lichaam dezelfde
kant op blijft gericht→ lopen, springen, glijden, fietsen.
● niet-rechtlijnige translatie= geen rechte beweging bijvoorbeeld parabool→
hoogspringen
● Rechtlijnige translatie= rechte beweging bijvoorbeeld sprinten
● Rotatie= draaiende verplaatsing om een as, hierbij verplaats je jezelf niet→ pirouette.
Er hoeft niet een volledige draaiing te zijn om het een rotatie te noemen→hurksprong
● Er zijn weinig zuivere translaties of rotaties, vaak is het een combinatie van→ salto,
hurksprong
