, Inleiding
Mijn naam is - en ik volg de opleiding Doktersassistent op het ROC van
Amsterdam. Voor mijn opleiding heb ik een keuzedeel moeten volgen en
ik koos voor keuzedeel Belevingsgericht werken. Voor deze keuzedeel
heb ik opdrachten moeten maken in allyoucanlearn. De opdrachten
gingen voornamelijk over de klant. Klantvriendelijkheid, gastvrijheid en
klantgerichtheid ging het vooral over. De omgang tussen klant en
medewerker is erg belangrijk, want vaak ben jij het eerste gezicht die de
klant ziet wanneer hij/zij de winkel/organisatie binnenloopt. Voor mijn
examen keuzedeel heb ik een plan van aanpak en een vlog moeten
maken, hierin vertel ik mijn plan om de klantbeleving binnen mijn
organisatie te verbeteren. Ik hoop dat ik duidelijk genoeg ben en wens
de lezer veel plezier met het lezen en luisteren van mijn examen!
