gevonden in de door de rechtbank vastgestelde gedragingen.
2. Normaliseren = Wat weten normale mensen en welke risico’s zouden zij
aanvaarden?

Het woord opzet dat is opgenomen in een delictsomschrijving heeft alleen
betrekking op de woorden die erna volgen.

Geobjectiveerde bestanddelen = Bestanddelen waarvoor opzet of schuld van de
dader niet bewezen hoeft te worden.

Juridisch aspecten = Wat voor juridische criteria hebben we?
Normatieve aspecten = Wat zijn de normen en waarden van de samenleving?
