Een eerste stap in het veranderingsproces van de cliënt is diagnostiek. Door middel van
diagnostiek help je de cliënt om in beweging te komen. Diagnostiek heeft een duidelijk

aanpak. Gedurende het diagnostisch proces wordt onderzocht; waar heeft de cliënt last van,
wat houdt deze problemen in stand en wat is nodig om deze problemen aan te pakken.
Deze paper bestaat uit een diagnostisch rapport voor Roos de Boer, een 32 jarige moeder die
last heeft van paniekaanvallen en angstige gedachten. Daarnaast is er een reflectieverslag naar
aanleiding van de gevolgde praktijkbijeenkomst.
