Als je werkt ben je vaak bezig met het in beweging krijgen en houden van mensen in de

e. De belangen van andere afdelingen/organisaties snappen en kunnen
meebewegen.
f. Flexibel zijn binnen afgesproken en op papier vastgelegde grenzen!
Dit is niet iets wat je allemaal perfect moet kunnen, hoewel dat mooi zou zijn, maar wat de
kracht van een goed samenwerkend projectteam is.
