Art. sternoclavicualaris
Functioneel: kogelgewricht (discus articularis).
Bewegingen van de v. clavicula:
- Pro- en retractie (30°/0°/30°)
- Elevatie-depressie (50°-0°-5°)
- Axiale rotatie craniaal en caudaal (20° tot 40°/0°/20°)
Art. acromioclavicularis
Functioneel: kogelgewricht (discus articularis).
Bewegingen v. scapula:
- Latero-/mediorotatie (20°/0°/5°)
- Endo/exorotatie (40°/0°/10°)
- Achter/vooroverkantelen (25°/0°/25°)
Hoek tussen scapula en clavicula groter wordt -> endorotatie. Kleiner -> exorotatie.
Om de longitudinale as vindt een endorotatie van de scapula plaats gevolgd door een laterorotatie
van de scapula om een sagittale as waarbij er tot slot een achterover kantelen van de scapula
plaatsvindt om een transversale as.
arcus coracoacromialis (boog): lig. coracoacrominale & procc. coracoideus.
lig. coracoclaviculaire: lig. trapezoideum & lig. concoideum.
Art. humeri
Functioneel: art. spheroidea (labrum glenoidale)
Bewegingen:
- Ab/adductie (70°-80°/0°/10°)
- Endo/exorotatie (50°/0°/75°)
- Ante/retroflexie (60°/0°/30°)
Stabiliserend: labrum glenoidale, ligg. craniaal en ventraal, positie onderrand cavitas, rotator cuff
musculatuur.
Ligamenten die op spanning komen
Art. sternoclavicularis:
- Protractie : lig. sternoclaviculare posterius en costoclaviculare.
- Retractie: lig. sternoclaviculare anterius en costoclaviculare.
- Elevatie: lig. costoclaviculare.
- Depressie: 1ste rib, ligg. sternoclaviculares (anterius en posterius) en lig. interclaviculare.
- Axiaal rotatie craniaal: lig. costoclaviculare.
- Axiaal rotatie caudaal: lig. costoclaviculaire.
Art. acromioclavicularis:
- Laterorotatie: lig. carococlaviculaire & lig. acromioclaviculare pars inferior.
- Mediorotatie : lig. acromioclaviculare pars superior.
- Endorotatie: lig. coracoclaviculare -> lig. conoideum
- Exorotatie: lig. coracoclaviculare -> lig. trapezoideum.
- Achteroverkanteling : lig. acromioclaviculaire
- Vooroverkanteling : lig. coracoclaviculaire.
Art. humeri:
- Ventrale kapsel meeste spanning bij een exorotatie.

Abductie -> Dorscocaudale kapsel, lig. glenohumerale inferius; Door exorotatie ontspant
dit lig. waardoor 10° vrijheid.
Adductie -> lig. coracohumerale
Endorotatie -> dorsale kapsel
Exorotatie -> ligg. glenohumeralia
Anteflexie -> lig. coracohumerale.
Retroflexie -> lig. caracohumerale.
1/3e van de beweging vind altijd plaats in de scapula.
2/3 van de beweging vind altijd plaats in de art. humeri
De cavitas gaat in de richting waar de humerus heen gaat -> niet gebeurt humerus luxeren ten
opzichte van de cavitas.

art. humero-ulnaris (art. simplex)
Functioneel: ginglymus (scharniergewricht)
Gewrichtsvlakken: trochlea humeri en incisura trochlearis
Bewegingen van de ulna:
- Flexie-extensie (145°/0°/+-5°)
- Ab- en adductie (passief in eindstanden wegens vorm trochlea humeri)
De ulna schommelt naar ventraal tijdens flexie. Waarnaartoe glijdt deze dan? -> ventraal. Schommel-

Functioneel: beperkt kogelgewricht (wegens ulna)

Artt. Intercarpales beweeglijk in de proximale rij. Distaal zijn deze gewrichten ligamentair verstevigd
dat er weinig tot geen beweging mogelijk is.
