, Inleiding
Beste lezer,
Mijn naam is Yuki Spanjer en in het 2de semester van mijn propedeuse jaar heb ik in 8
sportvaardigheden les gekregen. Deze sporten hebben allemaal hun eigen coördinatieve
vermogens. Ik heb deze sportvaardigheden aangeboden gekregen om zo mijn sportvaardigheid
te verbeteren en uiteindelijk les erin kan geven.
Mijn ontwikkeling beschrijft ik aan de hand van 4 sportvaardigheden, die ik heb uitgekozen. Bij
iedere sport heb ik gekeken welke fundamentele vorm van bewegen wordt toegepast en hierbij
een filmpje van gemaakt. Hierbij heb ik omschreven wat er gedaan moet worden en hoe ik
aanpassingen heb gedaan om beter te worden in de coördinatieve vermogens.
Ik heb in de lessen veel geleerd en hierdoor weet ik wat voor stappen ik moet gebruiken om te
zorgen dat mijn ontwikkeling blijft doorgaan.
