,INLEIDING
Vanuit de IVA hebben wij, Thomas Nijboer en Sabine Bross, de opdracht gekregen om
een marktanalyse op te stellen voor de automotive branche in Nederland. Hierbij gaan
we ons verdiepen in de meso- en macro-omgeving. De automotive sector is een
interessant onderdeel van de vervoersbranche, die voor ons als mensheid een belangrijk
onderdeel speelt in ons dagelijks leven. Voor bijna alles wat we doen gebruiken we
vervoer, even boodschappen doen, naar werk toe, maar ook even de kinderen ophalen
van school. Het zijn de normaalste zaken voor ons, maar zonder vervoer zou dit een stuk
lastiger zijn. De auto speelt een groot onderdeel hierin, dagelijks wordt er 335 miljoen
kilometer gereden in Nederland. Dat deze branche dus belangrijk voor ons is, is vrij
duidelijk. Maar hoe ziet deze branche er nou precies uit? En in hoeverre gaat dit
veranderen in de toekomst? Daar gaan we u antwoord op geven.
