Addiction
What is addiction?

Addiction is a complex mental disorder where a person becomes dependent on a
substance.

Addiction is measured by if someone can survive without the substance or
behaviour. Such as smoking, substances, alcohol, gambling, shopping and there are
many others.

There are different types of addiction, but they are grouped into 2 categories:
Physiological and Behavioral.

There are 6 components to addiction:

a substance.

Relapse - When a person reverts back into the previous behaviour or substance.
