Why do I want to set up a business?
I think perhaps the biggest reason of wanting to set up my own business is a wish to be my own boss.
I’m a person who has plenty of initiative, a good work ethic and a lot of creative ideas, thus working
for someone else can be very not suitable for me. I want the freedom to make my own choices
and business decisions without getting permission from a layer of bureaucracy. In other words,
owning a business saves them from having to work for anyone else. One reason to own a small
business is the ability to direct the culture of your company.
Also I thrive on the routine of their job – performing the same tasks day after day. As an businessman,
I can bet that each day will be filled with new opportunities to challenge myself, be creative and learn
something new.
The purpose of the plan
Most start-up businesses understand the importance of business planning. Without a plan, they
usually can’t get funding. But even businesses with plenty of cash can get into big trouble without a
well-thought-out plan.
Regardless of how good your business plan is, it will never be perfect. For instance, it can never
answer every question an investor might have.
But even so, your plan becomes a baseline for monitoring your progress. Besides that, it helps to
clarify thoughts, identify gaps in information and provide a logical structure to think about business
set up.
I want to use my detailed business plan to convince bank to give me a loan.
Aims and objectives of my business
Objectives of my business are first of all – survive, second – make profit and grow.
Aim– is to provide people with safe decent quality automobiles for a affordable for them price.
My Unique Selling Point
USP of my business is first of all is a price of my cars, which would be very low due to low cost of
materials and details. Also I will make sure each customer will be treated as a customer “number
one“ of my garage.
One to one talks to customers about performance and quality of cars bought of ENOT.
3 years warranties and free repair in case if car was damaged or broken by the company's cause will
be offered.
Legal Status
I have chosen to be a Sole Tra3der, as I’m that kind of personality, which feels much comfortable to
work on my own. Also in case off success, I would really like this project to become a family
business.
Sole trader has an unlimited liability (A type of business where owners share joint and several
responsibility for the entire amount of debt and other liabilities amassed by the business).
Advantages of being a sole trader:
Setting up and running a limited company requires slightly more administrative effort than
being a sole trader, plus I must register my new company at Companies House.
Setting up a sole trader is quick, easy and involves no cost, and preparing sole trader accounts
can be simpler.
I can employ people and become a limited company later on.
Although anyone can become a sole trader, I might need a licence or permit from my local
authority for the type of business I plan to set up.
