Caput longum: Tuberositas radii, Schouder->anteflexie,
tuberculum lacertus fibrosus naar endorotatie, adductie
supraglenoidale, mediale zijde onder (CB), abductie (CL)
caput breve: proc. arm elleboog -> flexie en
coracoideus supinatie

- Palpatie met contractie:
I -> Bovenaan fossa cubiti; flexie tegen weerstand in neutrale positie(dus tussenpositie). Pees
goed voelbaar. Naast biceps pees lacertus fibrosus voelen die zich naar ulnair begeeft.
, O -> in de diepte achter pezen haken bij proc coracoïdeus en meest voelbare is caput breve,
voor caput longum arm passief exo en endo en dan voelen in sulcus intertubercularis (je
voelt pees onder vinger doorglijden).
Schouder abductie en elleboog extensie vasthouden, boven septum intermusculare ligt de
pees van de caput breve met coracobrachialis. Je kan ook vinger leggen tussen de
spierbuiken en dan boven de lange kop en er onder de korte.
Functionele exo (hand in nek en elleboog naar craniaal) caput breve en coracobrachialis
verdwijnt in oksel. Dan adductie w zichtbaarder en kan je ze voelen net voor de pect maior.
4° differentiatie en situering:
SPIER HOE?
M. coracobrachialis Bij proc coracoideus haken en naar lateraal
duwen. In abductie boven septum
intermusculare samen met caput B. In
functionele exo en weerstand tegen add
verdwijnt samen met caput B in oksel
M. brachialis V->, P-> in neutrale positie flexie met w. vooral
mediaal van distale spierbuik M. biceps brachii
contractie voelen boven fossa cubiti
M. deltoideus Arm vast houden in anteflexie. Inkeping voelen
tussen acromiaire deel en claviculaire deel.
Deze komt overeen met de sulcus
intertubercularis.
STRUCTUUR HOE?
Septum intermusculare Abductie, kan je ook laten zien zelf weerstand
tegen flexie
Bijzondere anatomische regio: oksel Begrens daar M. pectoralis maior, M. latissimus
dorsi, humerus, thorax, bloedvaten en zenuwen
en lymfeklieren
Bijzondere anatomische regio: fossa cubiti Gevormd door M. brachioradialis, M. pronator
teres, M. biceps brachii. Te zien door in neutrale
stand weerstand tegen flexie. Bovenaan zit pees
biceps.

- Palpatie zonder contractie: 2)claviculair gedeelte, stukje costaal gedeelte en 3)abdominale
gedeelte als voorste okselplooi
- Visualisatie met contractie: 4)Hele spier: vuisten tegen elkaar duwen. Scheiding zichtbaar tss
pars clavicularis en sternocostalis. 5) Endorotatie en dan weerstand tegen abductie.
- Palpatie met contractie:
6)Endorotatie en weerstand tegen abductie: abdominale zijde voelen als voorste okselplooi.
7)Claviculair gedeelte voelen door gwn hand er op te leggen, onder fossa infraclaviculris.
O -> bij mannen peesstrengen en spiervezelbundels
I -> bij mannen en vrouwen voorste okselplooi
4° differentiatie en situering:
SPIER HOE?
M. pectoralis minor Hand plaatsen op rib 3 richting proc coracoideus
en dan hand in functionele endorotatie en hand
weg brengen van rug en terug. Je voelt deze dan
opspannen en je ziet het.
M. deltoideus V -> abductie 90 weerstand voor origo, pars
clavicularis: anteflexie en lichte abductie en
exorotatie, pars acromialis: abductie, pars
spinalis: horizontale abductie en endorotatie P >
