, Inleiding
Gedurende het tweede leerjaar van mijn opleiding als sociaal werker wordt ons
kennis geleerd met betrekking tot de wet- en regelgeving van Nederland, de
organisatiekunde van bedrijven en het recht. In dit verslag staan 9 uitgewerkte
opdrachten van het vak organisatiekunde. Veel opdrachten zijn gericht op mijn stage
van dit jaar. Ik loop momenteel stage bij Zorgboerderij Kooghuis in Uitgeest. Het is
een kleinschalige boerderij die een samenwerking heeft met Landzijde. Landzijde is
een organisatie die meerdere zorgboerderijen ondersteunt. Ook kunt u nog een korte
reflectie vinden met een verantwoording van het gehele proces.
