VOORBEREIDING
1. Vorm van cervicale wervels (C3-C7)
Vorm cervicale wervel C5:
• Het foramen transversarium
• proc. Transversus
• Tuberculum anterius
• Tuberculum posterius
• De uncus corporis
• De processus spinosus (gevorkt)
• De ruimtelijke oriëntatie van de gewrichtsvlakjes van de procc. artt. Superiores en inferiores
2. Vorm van C1 (atlas)
Noem 2 vormverschillen tussen eerste cervicale wervel ivm de lager gelegen cervicale wervels:
1. Foramen vertebrale is groter bij de atlas als bij C5. 2. De atlas heeft geen corpus (wervellichaam)
Bekijk verder bij C1:
• De fovea dentis
• de fovea (facies?) articulares superiores en inferiores
3. Vorm van C2 (axis)
Benoem één opvallend vormverschil bij C2 met de lager gelegen cervicale wervels.
C2 heeft een een uitsteeksel genaamd de dens. Andere cervicale wervels hebben die niet

, 4. Atlanto-occipitale gewrichten
de vorm van de gewrichtsvlakjes van de artt. atlanto-occipitales. Behalve door deze 2 gewrichtjes zijn de
atlas en het os occipitale nog verbonden door 2 bindweefselmembranen:
• membranae atlanto-occipitales anterior
• membranae atlanto- occipitales posterior
Ligging: die vanaf de arcus anterior naar de arcus posterior, en van de atlas
naar de schedelbasis lopen. De achterste membraan komt overeen met een
ligamentum flavum.
5. Atlanto-axiale gewrichten
De atlas en axis vormen 3 gewrichten met elkaar. De beide artt. atlanto-axiales laterales en het art. atlanto-
axialis mediana.
De dens (voorste gewrichtsvlak) articuleert met: de articulatio atlanto axialis mediana
Met welke onderdelen articuleert de dens?
• Voorste gewrichtsvlak van de dens→ met de fovea dentis aan de achterzijde van de arcus anterior
atlantis
• Achterste gewrichtsvlak van de dens→ met het ligamentum transversum atlantis
6. Bewegingen van de cervicale wervelkolom
De bewegingen van het hoofd vinden plaats in de cervicale wervelkolom. In de cervicale wervelkolom vanaf
C3 zijn alle drie de bewegingsrichtingen mogelijk: anteflexie/retroflexie, lateroflexie links en rechts en axiale
rotatie links en rechts. In de atlanto-occipitale en atlanto-axiale gewrichten ligt dit anders.
Zoek uit wat de voornaamste beweging is in:
art. atlanto-occipitalis: flexie en extensie van de schedel (ja beweging)
• Condyle occipitale articuleert met facies articularis superior van de atlas
artt. atlanto-axiales: rotatie van de schedel (nee beweging)
• Articuleert met 3 componenten,
o facies articularis inferior atlas articuleert met facies articularis
superior axis (2)
o Dentis van axis articuleert met fovea dentis van de atlas (1)
7. Ligamenten van de wervelkolom
Beschrijf de naam en ligging van de ligamenten die de verschillende werveldelen (C3-C7) met elkaar
verbinden. Cervicaal is er één verschil met de ligamenten van de rest van de wervelkolom. Benoem dit
verschil.
Lig nuchea: loopt tot en met C7. In de rest van de wervelkolom daar is het de lig. Supraspinale
Supra spinale= collagene vezels, Lig. Nuchea= collagene en elastine vezels
