SIGNALTRANSDUKTIONDie Signaltransduktion beschreibt den Vorgang der Reizaufnahme,Verarbeitung/
Umwandlung und Erregungsweiterleitung durch die Sinneszellen (Rezeptoren) der
fünf Sinnesorgane. Die Rezeptoren arbeiten hierbei unterschiedlich, je nach der
aufzunehmenden Energieform
• Mechanorezeptore
• Chemorezeptore
• Fotorezeptore
• Thermorezeptore
Dabei werden entweder direkt Ionenkanäle geöffnet, wodurch ein Rezeptorpotential
entsteht, oder dieses wird über das Prinzip der Second-Messenger gebildet.
Das Rezeptorpotential bildet schließlich den Ausgangspunkt für die
Erregungsweiterleitung über Aktionspotentiale an das Zentrale Nervensystem
