3.5.1 INLEIDING
Sinds 2009 (woonzorgdecreet)
• Thuiszorg en ouderenzorg samen “woonzorg”
Toenemend belang thuiszorg door:
• Vergrijzing en verzilvering
• Meer alleenstaanden
• Verkleining kerngezin
• Wens om langer thuis te wonen
Doel woonzorg:
verhogen levenskwaliteit van mensen door:
• ondersteunen zelfzorg en mantelzorg
• gedifferentieerd aanbod aan vormen van woonzorg voorzien
• meer samenwerking ouderenzorg en thuiszorg
3.5.2 THUISZORGVOORZIENINGEN
• Diensten voor gezinszorg en aanvullende thuiszorg
– schoonmaak, oppashulp, verzorging,…
– Voor ouderen of anderen
– Na sociaal onderzoek (zorgbehoefte, netwerk)
– Aangepaste bijdrage per uur
– vzw of ocmw
