Intoxicatie:

Anamnese:
Dhr. Jansen komt bij u op het spreekuur. U kent meneer goed sinds hij geregeld bij u langskomt i.v.m.
zijn recent gediagnosticeerd longcarcinoom. U kent dhr. Jansen als iemand dit niet snel klaagt, maar
dit keer komt hij met veel pijn. Zoals u beiden weet komt de pijn door uitzaaiingen in de botten.
Meneer wil hier erg graag pijnstillers voor krijgen. De paracetamol (waarvan hij 3dd 1000mg slikt)
werkt onvoldoende.

Gewicht: 95kg; Lengte: 1,72m; BMI: 32,1
bloeddruk: 134/78 mmHg ; Hartslag: 86/min regulair
Hart/long: huidige bevindingen passen bij voorgeschiedenis.
Buik: geen bijzonderheden
Werkdiagnose: 70-jarige man, bekend met o.a. uitgezaaide longcarcinoom, nu met veel pijn. Bij deze
patiënt is een sterkwerkend opiaat geïndiceerd.
