Not currently on any medication for the current issue. Reports feeling feverish. Ms. Patricia Young is a 74-year-old White woman with a h of frequent UTIs and bladder leakage. She is postmenop and presents today to the ED with new onset confusion, generalized abdominal pain, CVA tenderness, and burnin urination. She reports lethargy and loss of appetite. Allergies No known medication allergies. No known food allergies. Denies latex or environmental allergies. No general allergies. NKA / NKDA Past Medical History Has history of high cholesterol, diagnosed at 58. Has history of UTIs. Has sought medical attention for prior UTIs. Received antibiotics for the UTIs previously. Issues with incontinence. Hypercholesterolemia, since age 58 Frequent UTIs, 2-3 per year Postmenopausal, bladder leakage 6 pregnancies/4 live births.
