Dit is het schriftelijke critical statement, over mijn stage in de wijkverpleging. Mijn dilemma gaat over medicatie gebruik. Ook wordt mij teamdialoog beschreven. En de methode die ik gebruik is het KNMG-stappenplan. Ik heb een 8 behaald voor dit product!
Inleiding
In dit verslag leg ik uit wat mijn moreel-ethische dilemma inhoud en wat ik er allemaal voor heb
uitgewerkt. Voor een moreel ethisch dilemma uit te werken heb je verschillende modellen. De
modellen die er zijn is het CURA-model, Geenen model en het KNMG-stappenplan. CURA bestaat uit
vier processtappen: 1) Concentreren, 2) Uitstellen 3) Reflecteren en 4) Actie ondernemen. Het model
wordt vaak gebruikt voor zorgverleners in de palliatieve zorg. Dat is ook de reden dat ik er voor heb
gekozen dit model niet te gebruiken. (UMC, 2019)
Dan heb je nog het Geenen model. Dat is een model waarbij je reflecteert doormiddel van een
groepsbespreking. Ik heb niet voor dit model gekozen omdat het mij niet geschikt leek voor deze
opdracht. (Geenen, 2017)
Als laatste is er het KNMG stappenplan. Dit plan bestaat uit zes stappen die je helpen bij het vormen
van het dilemma en uiteindelijk helpen met een besluit te nemen en te evalueren. Ik heb voor dit
plan gekozen omdat ik de stappen duidelijk vind en ze mij kunnen helpen een goed besluit te nemen.
