- Graad 3+: FULL ROM tegen de zwaartekracht + lichte weerstand
- Graad 3: FULL ROM tegen de zwaartekracht (matig)
- Graad 3-: gedeeltelijke ROM tegen de zwaartekracht
- Graad 2+: FULL ROM zonder zwaartekracht en lichte weerstand
- Graad 2: FULL ROM zonder zwaartekracht (zwak)

Break test = test waarin het lichaamsdeel van de patiënt al in de eindpositie staat, de therapeut
probeert de eindpositie te doorbreken therapeut overwint de spierkracht van de patiënt

- Voor waarde 4 en 5: weerstand ter hoogte van de pols
- Voor waarde 3: therapeut ondersteunt de ellenboog
