Voorwoord
Voor u ligt mijn verslag voor de module OHBOV09 Verpleegkundige zorg aan volwassenen
in acute zorgsituaties gemaakt door or de opleiding HBO verpleegkundige.
Dit is een hoog complexe afdeling met een
hoge turn over en veel operatiepatiënten. De studente is hier al drie jaar werkzaam. Het
maken van dit beroepsproduct was erg leerzaam en de geleerde informatie kan ik in de
toekomst gebruiken in de praktijk.
In dit verslag is er een patiëntencasus uitgewerkt aan de hand van de 6 stappen van klinisch
redeneren van Marc Bakker. Het verslag is geanonimiseerd en er is een fictieve naam
gebruikt. De Canmeds rollen die naar voren komen in dit verslag zijn die van de
zorgverlener, gezondheidsbevorderaar en de samenwerkingspartner.
