,Inleiding
Na de zomervakantie is het weer tijd om de studie op te pakken. Voor de studie Social Work
heb ik de opdracht gekregen om voor een (verzonnen) casus een ondersteuningsplan te
schrijven richting de langdurige complexe zorg. In een zelfgekozen groep werken wij vanaf
het begin tot het einde samen om elkaar van feedback te voorzien en daardoor creëren we
voor onszelf een verdiepende leerervaring.
In deze opdracht zullen de volgende onderwerpen terugkomen; definitie en onderbouwing
van het vraagstuk/casus met ondersteuningsvraag, methodische uitgangspunten, analyse,
ontwerp ondersteuningsplan en ethische vraagstukken, werken met de herstelvisie en/of
supportgedachte.
