, Inleiding.
Ik heb het onderwerp discriminatie op de werkvloer gekozen, omdat dit erg vaak voor komt. Zo heb
ik dit ook eens gezien op mijn eigen werk. Daarom zag ik meteen dat ik dit onderwerp wilde
gebruiken voor mijn betoog. Het onderwerp is erg relevant, omdat het heel actueel is en het gebeurt
nog steeds heel recent.
In mijn betoog leest u mijn argumenten waarom ik voor de stelling ben. Ook leest u een
tegenargument, maar deze ontkracht ik weer met een ander voor argument. Daarna leest u mijn
argumentatieschema die ik heb gebruikt om zo mijn betoog structuur te geven. U leest mijn
conclusie en op het eind heb ik nog een bronnenlijst toegevoegd volgens de APA regels.
Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van verschillende bronnen die te maken hebben met dit onderwerp. Ook heb
ik gebruik gemaakt van de PowerPoint presentaties die we in de lessen hebben gekregen om mijn
argumenten te versterken. Zo heb ik bijvoorbeeld de theorieën van de ideologie gebruikt van
verschillende sociologen.
