Mijn naam is Zina Postma en ik ben tweede jaars Social Work student aan het NHL Stenden te Leeuwarden. Op
het moment loop ik stage bij Solidair Friesland. Een organisatie die voornamelijk aandacht besteed aan de
maatschappelijke activering van jongeren. Tijdens mijn stage heb ik twee begeleidingsplannen geschreven. Eén
begeleidingsplan is gericht op een individu en de ander op een groep. In mijn verslag kunt u lezen hoe deze
begeleidingsplannen tot stand zijn gekomen.
