Mijn naam is… en ik volg de opleiding gespecialiseerd pedagogisch medewerker
op het... Vanaf leerjaar 2 volg ik het keuzedeel Jeugd- en opvoedhulp. Dit
keuzedeel ben ik aan het afronden met een examen waarbij ik een kind begeleid.
Met deze begeleiding stimuleer ik het kind zich te ontwikkelen op meerdere
gebieden. In dit verslag beschrijf ik de visie en de missie van mij en mijn stage
met betrekking tot mijn begeleiding. Daarnaast beschrijf ik hoe ik mijn
begeleiding heb uitgevoerd en waarom ik bepaalde keuzes heb gemaakt. Aan het
eind van dit verslag heb ik het observatieplan en het begeleidingsplan
toegevoegd om een beeld te geven van de volledige begeleiding, keuzes en
evaluaties.
