Beste lezer,
Dit portfolio is gemaakt door een studente HBO hotel- en eventmanagement aan
Hogeschool TIO in Utrecht, voor het vak Management Vaardigheden in het derde jaar. Het
doel van het portfolio is om elke les de leermomenten bij te houden van de theorie en over
jezelf. Wat heb je geleerd van de theorie? Hoe ben jij als manager? Hoe wil je zijn als
manager? Wat zijn je sterke punten? Wat zijn je zwakke punten? Door wekelijks te
reflecteren op jezelf aan de hand van de theorie zijn deze vragen te beantwoorden.
Persoonlijk heb ik geleerd dat ik vooral een relatiegericht persoon ben en dit zijn voor- en
nadelen heeft wat te lezen is in het portfolio.
