Governance of enterprise IT (GEIT)
Om tot een Governance te komen is een frame work handig om te gebruiken als referentie. De
stakeholders zijn:
raad van bestuur
senior management
interne klanten
afdelingen zoals financiën
(systeem van de klant)
Management is in Amerikaanse term de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden
Plan is het uitwerken
Build is het klaarmaken van het systeem
Run is het gaan gebruiken van het systeem
Monitor kijken of het systeem werkt zoals het moet werken

Er zijn 2 niveaus te onderkennen:
IT strategy committee (advies geven aan raad van bestuur)
IT steering committee ( uitvoering/beslissen/ondersteuning aan het management)
Kosten
IT afdeling mag niet onder Finance vallen omdat IT duur is. Door investeringen denkt Finance alleen
in eigen belang. Ze moeten een eigen afdeling hebben die los staat van Finance.
Er is een risico voor de bedrijfsvoering als er weinig in de IT wordt geïnvesteerd.
IT moet de doelstellingen van de organisatie ondersteunen.
Cost driver
Toerekenen van kosten aan fysiek apparaat maar moet toerekening aan dienst zijn.

Bepaling direct en indirecte kosten om tot eerlijke kostprijs tekomen
