Dear Evans,
I am elated that you have agreed to look after my house and pet in my absence. I am writing
this letter to convey some important information.
As you know, I am going on a trip to Mumbai, also popularly known as the ‘Hollywood city’ of
India, you can call me over the phone. My contact number will remain the same as roaming is
pre-activated.
There is a need to feed them thrice a day to continue to get their food. The dog food is in the
store, which is adjoining the garage, and you must take him on a short walk to the toilet.
Regarding household duties, you must collect milk packets and vegetables in front of the main
