Signal Conditioning
Signal Conditioners are very important for an analogue control system because normally it will preprare the signal for the next stage of the
process, some of the tasks it carries out are filtering, amplyifing and isolation. Signal conditioning is often used in ADC (Analogue to digital
Convertors).

Noise filtering
Analogue signals can have a lot of distornation and unwanted sounds epsically at higher frequencies. To make the signal is more understandable
it has to be filtered for noise, noise filtering is normally intergratted to the circuit and can be used in devices such as AM/FM Radio, when the
signal is captured the filtering will take place so you can recieve clear radio waves. Most of the time this process is automatically taken place to
make sure from the beginenning the high frequencies are not captured and you can always get a clear signal.

Level Shifting
Often times Level shifting is needed to increase the voltage for the system, for example if they operate from two different power supply voltages
this would not be suitable for the system. In other cases you might want to transfer the signal from analogue to digital so again you would have
to level shift to make sure the voltage is appropriate for the system.

Analogue Digital Convertor
Analogue signals are not recongised by computer /electronic systems so they need to be converted in some form of digital signal (Binary) for the
computer to understand because it cannot process a continuouse wave of signal which analogue usually is. The ADC is usually attached to a
device which can be a Microphone or Telephone however you can by sepeate convetors from the web. Normally you would input analogue
signal e.g. your voice, and it will be converted for the electronic device to process this and make sense of it.
