7,5 • Help Beiersdorf to set up a new performance management approach. Use one of the
following approaches:
• Holistic: look at Performance Management in the broad sense of the word. I.e.,
combining practices in a broad approach
• Focused & in-depth: choose one performance management practice and make an in-
depth design
Evaluation
The case solution should be based on the literature and takes a consultant’s perspective
• Quality of the solution, in terms of substantiation by the information in the course (50%)
• Quality of the solution in terms of its actionability and consultant approach (30%)
• Overall quality in terms of readability and clarity of information. This includes layout,
style, and grammar. Guidelines as given in Appendix (20%)
Presentation Topic opens one week before presentation (see folder each week). Two groups present for 10-15
