1. Wat is de definitie van innovatie, en welke soorten zijn er?
Innovatie of vernieuwing heeft betrekking op nieuwe ideeën, goederen, diensten en
processen. Innovatie kan plaatsvinden binnen organisaties maar ook binnen bredere -
sociale - verbanden. Het proces van innoveren (innovatieproces) omvat het geheel van
menselijke handelingen gericht op vernieuwing (van producten, diensten,
productieprocessen, etc.).
De verspreiding van innovatie wordt innovatiediffusie genoemd.
