Wat is de betekenis van Artikel 107 en wat zijn de gevolgen voor de
LZC?
Artikel 107: Het voorkomen van langdurige, psychiatrische opnames door
ondersteuning te bieden in de gemeenschap.
IMC (de Interministeriële Conferentie), sinds 2009 is er een implementatie v
artikel 107 van de wet.
+ Financieringstechniek die toelaat een deel vh budget v ziekenhuizen te
gebruiken om mensen met psychische problemen een meer aangepaste vorm v
zorg te geven.
Beschikbare middelen:
- Ambulante intensieve behandelteams voor zowel acute als chronische ggz-
problemen
- Rehabilitatieteams die werken rond herstel en sociale inclusie (terug in
maatschappij kunnen meewerken)
- Intensieve residentiële behandelunits voor zowel acute als chronische ggz-
problemen indien opname noodzakelijk is.
Doel:
- Meer samenwerking tss intramurale en extramurale voorzieningen
- Betere integratie v cliënten met psychische problemen in de maatschappij
- Meer geestelijke gezondheidszorg op de eerste lijn met oogpunt op
vroegdetectie en vroeginterventie.
