TEMA 20: SISTEMA ARTERIAL Y VENOSO DE LAEXTREMIDAD INFERIOR
ARTERIAS
ARTERIA ILIACA INTERNA: zona del sacro (muchas ramificaciones)
ARTERIA ILIACA EXTERNA: sale para la extremidad inferior dando lugar a la femoral. Cuando la
iliaca externa pasa por detrás del ligamento inguineal se llama arteria femoral.
ARTERIA FEMORAL: va descendiendo por el muslo. Una rama de esta se dirige por la parte
lateral (muy metida por la musculatura del muslo): rama femoral profunda.
La rama femoral profunda forma 2 ramas: circunfleja femoral lateral y circunfleja femoral
medial (dan la vuelta al muslo). De estas 2 salen ramas a su vez: ramas perforantes.
La arteria femoral se mete por el canal de los aductores (el aductor mayor hace una especie de
canal) para irse a la parte posterior de la rodilla, dando lugar a la arteria poplítea.
ARTERIA POPLÍTEA: se divide en ARTERIA TIBIAL ANTERIOR y ARTERIA TIBIAL POSTERIOR.
La tibial anterior pasa por el espacio que dejan las 2 epífisis de los huesos (antes de empezar la
membrana interósea)
De la tibial posterior sale una rama lateral, que es la RAMA PERONEA.
La tibial posterior llega al pie pasando por detrás del canal retromaleolar medial y, una vez que
pasa el tobillo (pasa entre el flexor largo de los dedos y el flexor largo del dedo gordo), se
divide en PLANTAR MEDIAL y PLANTAR LATERAL.
La arteria tibial anterior forma la arteria forma la ARTERIA DORSAL DEL PIE (hacia medial). Esta
da una rama lateral, que se llama ARTERIA TARSIANA. Estas dos forman un arco, que se llama
ARTERIA ARQUEADA / ARCUATA. Las ramas que salen se llaman ARTERIAS METATARSIANAS,
que darán lugar a las DIGITALES PROPIAS Y COMUNES.
Hay otra arteria que sale del canal de los aductores y se queda en la parte lateral: ARTERIA
DESCENDENTE DE LA RODILLA.
De la arteria poplítea salen ramas, que van a la articulación de la rodilla:
- LATERAL SUPERIOR
- LATERAL IFNFERIOR
- SUPERIOR MEDIA
- INFERIOR MEDIA
Nervio – arteria – vena: de lateral a medial (en la parte femoral)
