Inleiding
Joseph Goebbels, hij is de geschiedenis in gegaan als de propagandaminister van Hitler.
Een luguber gedeelte van onze geschiedenis die iedereen kent, de tweede wereldoorlog. Ik
heb voor deze organisatie gekozen omdat het mij enorm interesseert hoe Goebbels met zijn
propaganda de wereld heeft beïnvloedt. Besproken propagandastukken zullen worden
geanalyseerd aan de hand van het stappenplan zoals besproken is tijdens de colleges.
Mijn hoofdvraag luidt dan ook: “In hoeverre heeft Goebbels zijn doel bereikt met zijn
propaganda om Duitsland een volledige oorlogseconomie te maken?” Het onderzoek zal
kijken naar de politieke doelen, zijn taken als minister van propaganda, de tegenstand
binnen Duitsland en zijn persoonlijke redenen om propaganda te maken voor de nazi’s. De
deelvragen zijn:
- Wat was het geplande doel van Goebbels?
- Hoe voerde hij zijn propaganda uit als minister van propaganda?
- In hoeverre was er tegenstand binnen Duitsland?
- Welke persoonlijke redenen had Joseph Goebbels om propaganda te maken voor
de nazi's?
De historische context
Toen Hitler met zijn partij de NSDAP zich voorbereidde voor de partijdagen sloot ook Joseph
Goebbels zich aan bij de NSDAP. In zijn studententijd was Goebbels al lid geweest van een
vrij extreme volk nationalistische beweging. Er wordt gespeculeerd dat Goebbels Adolf Hitler
