21. Model planmatige gezondheidsvoorlichting en
gedragsverandering

Concept “gezondheid” vanuit WHO en het model van Huber
WHO (1948): Een toestand van volledig fysiek, geestelijk en sociaal welbevinden en niet
louter het ontbreken van ziekte of gebrek. -> Iedereen ziek.
Huber (2014) (positieve gezondheid) : Het vermogen om zich aan te passen en eigen regie
te voeren, in het licht van de fysieke, emotionele en sociale uitdagingen in het leven. ->
Huber vindt dat je de regie over je eigen leven moet houden en niet altijd ziek bent,
wanneer je gewoon nog kunt functioneren.




Hoe gezonder je bent hoe meer je aan de buitenkant van het spinneweb zit
ADL afhankelijkheid: algemene activiteiten die je kunt doen. Beïnvloed je dagelijks
functioneren.
Sociaal maatschappelijk aspect: doe je mee aan de maatschappij.
