(bijna) alle woningen hebben diepe neggen, bij een aantal gebouwen is dit architectonisch ook mooi verwerkt. Verder hebben veel daken een plat dak zonder daklijst. Een aantal gebouwen hebben een
vormgeving in het dak zitten (te zien op de afbeelding hieronder).
De gebouwen waarbij de diepe negge architectonisch opgelost zijn spreken ons erg aan, aangezien er dan echt over nagedacht is en het geeft het gebouw hierdoor een mooie en unieke uitstraling.
Bij de platte daken is het veel te zien dat er geen daklijst te zien is, dit geeft het gebouw een strakke uitstraling en stort het zicht niet.
Bij de daken met een vormgeving viel het mij op dat er soms niet goed is nagedacht over de zonwering, bij het gebouw op de afbeelding hierboven hadden de bewoners van de 2e woning van rechts een
grote kartonnen plaat voor het raam geplaatst.
