Blokopdracht 1.1 bestaat uit het maken van een reflectieverslag met het
oog op je eigen communicatieve vaardigheden. Ik heb ervoor gekozen
om te reflecteren aan de hand van de STARRT methode.
Voor deze opdracht heb ik vier verschillende gesprekken gevoerd: Met
iemand met de vraag naar sociaal werk, met mijn leidinggevende, met
mijn BPV begeleider & met een medestudent. Het doel van de opdracht
is om te reflecteren op je eigen communicatieve vaardigheden, waardoor
je gaat inzien aan welke communicatieve vaardigheden nog gewerkt
moet worden en welke communicatieve vaardigheden ik al onder de knie
heb.
