Voorwoord
In dit verslag ga ik uitleggen wat evenementen zijn, wat de risico’s zijn en welke maatregelen de
organisaties kunnen nemen om die risico’s te voorkomen. Ook beschrijf ik een scenario bij elk risico
zodat het duidelijk word wat de risico’s kunnen aanrichten bij een evenement en wat de gevolgen
zijn voor de mensen. Bij elk risico word ook verteld hoe je de risico’s kunt inventariseren en met
welk model dit kan. De maatregelen worden besproken en ik omschrijf ook welke actoren hierbij
betrokken zijn en wat hun rol is bij het risico.
Deze opdracht heb ik moeten maken voor het vak Onderzoeksvaardigheden en Taal. Ik heb het
evenement Appelpop gekozen omdat dit een interessant evenement is. De toegang hiervan is gratis
waardoor de organisatie niet kan inschatten hoeveel mensen er komen. Ik was benieuwd hoe
mensen hier oplossingen voor bedachten en welke oplossingen ik zelf kon bedenken.
Tijdens het schrijven van deze opdracht ben ik erachter gekomen dat ik dit onderwerp interessanter
vind dan ik had gedacht. Ik vond het leuk om de verschillende informatie bij elkaar te zoeken en
erachter te komen hoeveel voorbereidingen nodig zijn om een evenement te laten plaatsvinden. Zelf
had ik er nog nooit zo over nagedacht en ook niet dat een organisatie vergunningen moest krijgen
voor het organiseren van bepaalde evenementen. Het was een interessant verslag om te maken en
ik heb er ook veel van geleerd.
