In this assignment, I will describe the chamber of commerce in which a business can
use social media. How social media can be used to interact with customers and
promote business products and/or services. Also how it can be used to target a
specific audience and the audience profiles of different social media sites.

There are many different types of social media websites that a business can use for
example:

● Facebook
● Tweeter
● Tiktok
● Youtube
These can be used in different ways by a business such as Social media is an online
communication platform that allows you to interact with your customers, you can
share information along with posting a variety of different content and promote your
products and sell your products. For example, boohoo spends £80m on influencer
marketing, By providing fun, relatable, and pop-culture-based content delivered in a
similarly friendly and laid back tone, BOOHOO cleverly engages its audience.
However other ways social media can be used to interact with the customers instant
messaging in Instagram or Twitter along with messenger for Facebook It can be
used to make private conversations and requests between you and your customers
or clients. This is an example of how a customer can use social media to share their
thoughts, opinions, reviews and feedback. This helps to reach your customer better,
attract customers and build customer loyalty. Almost all customers use social media
to know about the product they look for reviews so customer reviews are more
important for a business. The reviews and ratings of other customers help customers
to trust a service. Some are services like Trip advisor, google review there is also a
facebook rating where a customer can review your product. People also use social
media for advertising- it’s a good way to gain more unique followers by investing in
paid advertisements Therefore, users who are not subscribers to a particular feed
may see their content. To accomplish this, platforms typically create algorithms such

as Facebook Adverts to target users based on their interests and previous activity.
Over 1.5 million businesses currently use paid mobile advertisements on Facebook.
Also promotional giveaways. Also, it’s an easy way to keep an eye on your
competitors. A business can also use social media to monitor the behaviour of
customers. Systems can be set up to show statistical data on users such as their
location, their age, and what kind of content is being consumed. This will help the
business to gain more customers For example Instagram has an option for
businesses to show what age group people mostly visit your sites, their gender,
location




Furthermore, different social media has different options, for example, youtube is
only for videos you can’t put images there, on the other hand, Facebook, Instagram
and Twitter have the option for photos where you can put photos and videos for your
customers. Another way a business use social media is a partner with influencers,
when you get people to talk about your product on social media platform others will
see the product you will be able to build brand awareness one key way to do that is
to partner with a influencer who has large following social media and draw the
attention of your brand.
Therefore, You can track website traffic generated from social media, conversions,
email sign-ups, and ROI for both organic and paid social campaigns using tools such
as Google Analytics and Hootsuite Impact.

Below I will evaluate what can a business do on these social media websites and
their features-
Using Instagram- share some details about your brand/products. It can include a
brief description of the business, contact info, hashtags or any other website links on
your bio. In order to learn more about your brand, people sometimes try to check
your profile or bio section. While establishing your tone and style, it should also
communicate your brand's value proposition clearly. So make sure your profile is
useful for them. It shows the customer who you are and what you sell. Below there is
